New Topic – The Ancient Maya Civilisation

Hi everyone!

We hope that you’ve had a fantastic Easter and you’re ready to learn about our new topic for Year 5 and Year 6: The Ancient Maya Civilisation. There is so much to find out about this topic so we have split up the learning into separate sections. (See below) You don’t have to cover these activities in order: just choose the ones which interest you. There are plenty of practical art and craft ideas for those creative minds.

We have also included a selection of websites (at the bottom of this page) that may prove useful over the coming weeks. The BBC websites have great videos to watch.
